Publishers will be lining up to sign David Hicks to a book deal after lawyers said the convicted terrorist would be able to profit from telling his story. The first book to be written about Hicks’ five-year detention in Guantanamo Bay is due to go on sale tomorrow, prompting Attorney-General Philip Ruddock to commit to ensuring the Adelaide man does not cash in on future publications.
